What you’ll need
1 x chicken fillet
Some sun-dried tomatoes
Pasta of any choice
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 garlic clove
Salt for seasoning
What you do is…
Cook pasta until soft…
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic to sauté on low heat then add in the sliced chicken fillet.
Make sure the chicken is cooked through, season with a little salt and black pepper.
When done take the chicken off the cooker and add 2 tbsp of Pesto and the sun-dried tomatoes and stir.
Then add the pasta to the chicken and toss until it’s all mixed evenly… voilà you’re done! 🙂
P.S You can add some parmesan on top if you’re a fatty like me 🙂
